In-Store Pickup

In-Store Pickup is available at both locations during regular store hours unless we are closed for holidays or any other reason.

For Cambridge Pickup:

When checking out online, simply choose pickup, then select Cambridge as your location. We are available for in-store pickup during store hours.

If you would like us to bring it to you outside, please call the Cambridge store (617-492-0334) and we can do that, too!

Our system will email you once your order is ready to be picked up. Items will be available to pickup within 3 days (usually sooner). If you need something quicker, please email us at info@shopsusanna.com.

For Jamaica Plain Pickup:

There is no option at checkout to choose Jamaica Plain as your pickup location. (This is a website limitation. Sorry!) To pickup in Jamaica Plain do the following: 1) In the "Order Special Instructions" section of your Shopping Cart, tell us you will be picking it up in JP, 2) when checking out, select Cambridge as your pickup location. We are available for in-store pickup during store hours.
