ORDERING

Where can I view your merchandise to order?

You can visit us in-store, through our videos on Facebook or YouTube, on our website or from photos posted on Facebook and Instagram.

How do I order directly from you?

​If you found something you would like to order, you can call, email or text the store. You can also message us on Facebook or Instagram.

How do I know which size and color to order?

​If you don’t know your size or can’t figure out the color, we work directly with you to determine what size we think you are. We do our best to describe color and will even text/email you photos of the colors with descriptions to help you decide!

SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

W​e ship anywhere in the U.S via USPS. If you need something sent internationally, please email us at info@shopsusanna.com

What are your shipping charges?

​Shipping is $5 flat rate unless you need a package expedited.

How long does it take for me to receive a package that isn’t expedited?

​Depending on your location, packages will arrive between 2-7 business days. We can let you know the expected delivery date before a package goes out.

Do you pay to ship back returns?

​We do our best to work with you beforehand to reduce the amount of returning you will have to do. Because of that, customers are responsible for return shipping. *Please note: There are no returns on sale merchandise.
